HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

-Orders are shipped out once per week, typically on wed or thursday. You will be emailed the tracking number when the label is created. 

MY ORDER BROKE IN THE MAIL< WHAT DO I DO?
-If you received your package broken contact us within 1 business day via Email and we will gladly replace the damaged product or give you your refund. Packages are insured so we will need photos of the damages, the state of the box that it was shipped in and the bubble wrap and packaging peanuts used to protect the obstacle. If your item is no longer in stock we can offer a different obstacle for the replacement or one will be saved for you when the next stock is created.

CAN I GET A CUSTOM ORDER?

- We no longer make custom obstacles, we have a hard enough time trying to keep the regular obstacles in stock and doing custom work only takes away from that.
